This Expansion Pack doesn't replace the Scrum Guide, but rather complements it for those who need more clarity in today's context. The goal was not to add rules, but to reinforce the spirit of Scrum with regard to product thinking, emergence and strategic focus. It helps teams learn quickly, adapt, and deliver value, even in uncertain, accelerated, technology-driven settings.
