Self-Selection @ Scale - What if the organization reorganizes itself
Swisscom Directories AG faced the challenge of transforming already agile- with classically organized company parts to a large whole new agile organization. The transformation team went different path, namely a participative agile transformation with several large group events. The journey reached its first peak as the employees formed their own teams through self-selection. SAP Hybris: DevOps Transformation
Is it possible to run a Continuous Delivery Pipeline for an eCommerce framework build by more than 15 teams? The answer is a clear yes. Building a DevOps mindset and setting up communicating team pipelines has been the key to success in this Continuous Devlivery Initiative. Much easier releases and much more communication between the teams were the big benefits.

With the resolution of functional silo boundaries and the establishment of X-functional teams, we were able to increase the effectiveness and satisfaction of the teams at localsearch (Swisscom Directories AG in about 4 Value Streams or ~ 100 Engineers, Product Managers, etc. remarkable.
